What we are kindly asking from you
On arrival to your appointment your temperature will be taken using an infrared forehead thermometer You will be asked to fill out a Client Health Questionnair. If you have symptoms of Covid-19 or anyone you live with is unwell or self isolating, we ask you to reschedule your appointment after 14 days. We will require 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule any appointments please refer to our cancellation policies on our website. All future bookings will require a pre payment which will be deducted from your final bill at the end of your service. If you are booked for a colour service it is our policy to skin test all clients every six months from their last colour visit and all new clients to the salon 72 hours prior to their appointment. If you have tempted to colour your hair from home during lock down you may incur an additional fee for colour correction. Please arrive at your appointment at the correct time. Due to social distancing you will only be allowed entry into the salon at your allotted time We must follow Government health and safety policies and procedures. In order for us to do this safely, you will be given a specific appointment slot for your intended service.This includes time to clean and sterilise all tools and equipment between each client. If you are late we may not be able to carry out the full service which will be considered chargeable.
