We require 24 hours notice to cancel or to make any changes to appointments.
If you miss an appointment this will go down as a no show, your account will be frozen online and you will need to clear the balance before we can take any future bookings.
If you are running late please contact us as soon as possible to let us know your expected time of arrival, we may have to offer you an alternative service. If you are more than 10 minutes late your appointment will be cancelled and treated as a no show.
We will send an email to confirm your appointment during salon opening hours, you will also receive a reminder text 48hours before the appointment.
