Cancellation Policy

Due to the high increase in last minute cancellations, we have no aternative but to place a 50% charge on cancellations less than 48 hours notice.

Please note that if you are a New client and wanting a Colour service you would need to have a consultation and skin test 48 hours prior to your appointment.

Also if you are an existing client and have not had colour in the salon in the last 6 months , you would need to book in for a skin test, again 48 hours prior to your appointment.
