What personal data do we collect.
We collect your date in the following ways:-
Client information form requesting your title, first name, surname, home address, email address, contact numbers, date and month of your birthday, occupation and how you heard about us, when you arrive at the salon for your appointment. We also ask you to sign and date your client information form giving your consent for us to collect and store your personal data. This information is input onto our computer and the form is stored in a locked cabinet.
Some of our treatments require us to ask our clients for medical information to determine if the therapist is able to carry out the treatment/or to ensure the treatment is carried out safely. We ask you to complete your first name, last name, answer medical questions and sign & date the form. We ask you to also sign & date your form each time you visit to confirm if you have or have not had any medical changes since your last visit. This form is stored in a locked cabinet.
Using our online booking system or App we ask you to register requesting the following details, first name, last name, date of birth, mobile number, postcode, email address and debit/credit card information. We also require 25% booking fee when booking online. Our policy is 24 hours noitce prior your appointment to cancel your booking. Failure to give 24 hours notice will incur a 50% charge. Late arrival will result in your treatment time being adjusted accordingly.
Purchasing a gift voucher, we ask you to provide email address or postal address for the gift recipients so that we can fulfill the gift purchase. We do not use the recipient’s details for marketing purposes.
When you enter a competition, promotion, prize draw, survey or give feedback.
How we use your personal data
We use your personal data in the following ways:-
Your name to enter your appointment on to our iSalon booking system. Your mobile number to confirm your appointment with us, this text message is generated by our system and sent to you automatically. Also to contact you if there are any changes to your appointment.
Your medical records to ensure we comply with our legal and or regulatory obligation to deliver our treatments safely and for the products that are of interest to you.
Your online/app data to populate your booking directly into our iSalon booking system, to process transactions, email campaigns, competitions, promotions, prize draws, surveys and feedback.
