At Rebecca H Salons we pride ourselves on providing the best service and experience possible. We have updated our Salon Policies to ensure this. Please read all of the following information very carefully.
PLEASE CHECK YOUR SKIN TEST IS VALID FOR ALL COLOUR APPOINTMENTS.
FOR ALL COLOUR SERVICES PLEASE CHECK THE FOLLOWING;
Please read the following criteria regarding allergy/skin testing, If any of the following apply to you, you must arrange a new allergy/skin test at least 48 hours before your appointment.; If it has been more than 6 months since your last hair colour If it has been more than a year since your last allergy/skin test If you have been using hair colour at home since your last appointment with us If you intend on having a colour change If you have experienced any sensitivities, allergic reactions to hair colourant or tattoo (including Henna or SPMU) or are taking allergy medication If you have had COVID 19 recently If you have any concerns or are unsure if you need to be tested please contact the salon.
CANCELLATION POLICY We understand that plans can change last minute so ask that you please give us as much notice as possible when cancelling your appointment. To cancel your appointment please call us on 02380338676. If you fail to let us know that you are unable to attend your appointment (no-show) we will apply a 50% surcharge on your next visit. As a small business we really appreciate being given notice so that we can try and fill your appointment so many thanks in advance!
PLEASE ARRIVE ON TIME TO YOUR APPOINTMENT
We are working to very strict timings in order to run our services as smoothly as possible. If you are early to your appointment please be patient. If you are late to your appointment it will have to be cancelled and rescheduled.
ALL DISCOUNTS ARE CURRENTLY SUSPENDED In order to make the salon a viable business during a difficult economic time we will not be offering any discounts on services. As of 1st February 2023 our pricelist has been updated. To confirm the full price cost of your service please contact us.

FACEMASKS
It is no longer compulsory to wear face masks whilst inside the salon however due to the close contact nature of our business we are more than happy to wear masks at clients request.
If you have any concerns during your visit please do not hesitate to ask to speak to a member of the management team.
At Rebecca H Salons we are asking all of our clients to adhere to these policies and will make no exceptions. We reserve the right to refuse service should anybody fail to comply with the new policies. By choosing to receive a service you are exempting Rebecca H Salons from any liability.
