At Sibley Hair the safety of our staff and clients is paramount. We have created a COVID 19 policy to ensure all measures are taken to make your experience in the salon as safe as possible. This has been updated in line with the current APRIL 2021 Government guidelines for close contact services. Please read all of the following information very carefully.
IF YOU HAVE BEEN FEELING UNWELL, DISPLAYING ANY OF THE COVID 19 SYMPTOMS OR BEEN IN CONTACT WITH ANYBODY WHO HAS, PLEASE RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT.
PLEASE ARRIVE ON TIME TO YOUR APPOINTMENT
We are working to very strict timings in order to limit the number of people inside the salon at any one time and to allow for extra time to sanitise each section in between clients. If you are too late to your appointment it will have to be cancelled and rescheduled.
YOU MUST WEAR A FACE COVERING
You must wear a face covering at all times whilst inside the salon. This does not have to be of medical grade but must fasten around the ears. Face coverings that fasten behind the back of the head are not suitable. If you are medically exempt from wearing a face covering please contact the salon prior to making an appointment.
PLEASE SUPPORT NHS TRACK AND TRACE
We have a unique QR Code available for you to scan using your smart phone. If you prefer we can safely store your contact details via our booking system.
YOU MUST REMAIN AT A SAFE DISTANCE
You must remain at a safe distance at all times where possible. Do not approach other clients or members of staff that are not part of your service.
PLEASE USE SANITIZER WHILST IN THE SALON
YOU MUST ARRIVE ON YOUR OWN TO YOUR APPOINTMENT
Please do not bring anybody else with you to your appointment. This includes children.
