When booking an online appointment, you will receive two emails the first stating you have booked an online appointment, you will then receive a second email to confirm the appointment has been booked into the system. Please make sure you get the second email as it is the confirmation email. If you do not receive this email, please contact the salon to confirm the appointment has been booked into the system
